Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sunny Sunday purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Promotional items are non-refundable and are eligible for store credit only.

A flat return shipping fee of $13.50 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

To request a return, please email hello@sunnysunday.ca with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of your return request. Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided by email.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

6-Month Warranty

If your item breaks within six months of the purchase date, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. Eligible items may receive an exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credits and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items and discounted bundles are final sale and cannot be refunded. However, they may be eligible for store credit in accordance with our return policy above.

SALES & PROMOTIONAL EVENTS

Orders placed during sales or promotional events are not eligible for refunds or price adjustments. By placing an order, you agree to the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items will be shipped within the estimated timeframe indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items are subject to our standard return policy above.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

GIFT CARDS

Only one gift card may be used per order. Gift cards may be combined with a discount code but cannot be combined with another gift card.

If multiple gift cards are used on the same order, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
