Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from our Sunny Sunday. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-refundable. Please note that promotional items are non-refundable and you will receive a store credit of the amount paid.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please send an email to hello@sunnysunday.ca with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will confirm if the item is eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

If your item breaks within six months of the purchase date, you may request a store credit or exchange. Please send an email to hello@sunnysunday.ca with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will confirm if the item is eligible for a return or exchange.

To return your item, please ship it to the address below using Canada Post or another trackable shipping method. You must include your order number and full name in the package with the item you want to return. Before returning your item, please send an email to hello@sunnysunday.ca with photos of the item and a brief explanation of why you would like to return it. If not, we will not accept your return.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you are eligible for a store credit or exchange, we will process your request as soon as possible.

 

ITEMS IN SALE

Items in sale, as well as discounted bundles, can not applied for a refund. On the other hand, you can apply to obtain a store credit by contacting us at hello@sunnysunday.ca .

 

SALES CAMPAIGN 

Orders that are placed during this time of the year won't be eligible for a refund, nor a price adjustment. When passing an order, it means that you consent to pay the price that is display at the checkout page. 

 

PRE ORDERS

Items in pre orders are being shipped within the date given on the product page. Pre orders can't be refund, apart if it fits our usual refund conditions listed above. Orders that contains pre order items AND in stock items will be shipped all together in one package.

 

GIFT-CARDS

Only one gift-card can be used per purchase. Gift-cards can be combined with a discount code, but not with another gift-card. If 2 gift-cards are used for the same purchase, you will automatically be refunded.
