At Sunny Sunday, we are committed to offering high-quality jewelry designed to last. We stand by the durability of our products, which is why we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt of your order for any manufacturing defect or issue related to the workmanship of the jewelry.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Breakage resulting from a workmanship issue
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, discoloration of metals or stones)
- Damage caused by improper care (exposure to chemicals, water, excessive force)
- Any modification or repair done by a third party other than Sunny Sunday
How to Submit a Warranty Claim?
If your jewelry has an issue covered under our warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@sunnysunday.ca
- Send us clear photos of the item along with proof of purchase. We will only approve the warranty claim if we receive the original invoice. Bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
- If your claim is approved, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense for evaluation. If the package is lost during transit, we do not offer any refunds. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
Replacement & Store Credit
If the item is in stock: A replacement of the same model will be sent to you.
If the item is out of stock: A store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item will be issued.
Please note:
- No refunds or exchanges for a different model, size, or material will be provided.
- Each item is eligible for warranty coverage only once. If you experience additional issues with the same product, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price will be offered.
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer (outside of Sunny Sunday’s official website) may be subject to a different warranty policy. Please check directly with the store where the item was purchased.
- Any modification or repair done by a third party will automatically void the warranty.
Exceptions & Promotional Products
