Shipping Policies

At Sunny Sunday, we understand the importance of timely delivery and a hassle-free shipping experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

  1. Processing Time: We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Shipping Carriers: We use reliable and trustworthy carriers such as Purolator or Canada Post for all our deliveries.

  3. Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

  4. Signature Option: To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer the option of delivery with signature. If you choose this option, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery. If you choose not to use this option, you assume responsibility for the package, and Sunny Sunday will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.

  5. Failed Delivery Attempts: In case the carrier is unable to deliver the package to the recipient's address, they will make a second attempt to deliver the package. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will return the package to our warehouse. If this happens, we will make one more attempt to deliver the package, but we will use a stamp, which means that the package will not have a tracking number. Please note that delivery by stamp may take approximately 14 days.
